WINE DINNER AT SIX SENSES NINH VAN BAY ON THE LAST 22ND JULY

Six Senses Ninh Van Bay delivered an amazing Cos d’ Estournel degustation dinner with a variety of unique wines combined with organic wholesome food surrounded by an elegant natural setting at Dining by the Rocks on last Friday night, 22nd July — a memorable dinner for the guests.

The Cos d’ Estournel wines were selected for its quality and reputation for fine wines. Delivery of the various Cos d’ Estournel wines added to the enjoyment of the matching food which was very much appreciated by the guests.

Our Executive Chef Basha created a six course dinner from starters to main courses, well coupled with matching wines. The dinner started with canapé and Taittinger Brut Reserve NV, followed by main courses such as scallops with Tokaj Hetszolo Furmint 2008, Tuna tataki with La Gourlee Cos d’s Estournel 2005 , Lamb belly with Les Pagados de Cos d’s Estournel 2003, Black Angus beef with Cos d’Estournel 2006. Last but not least, the guests were impressed by a dessert Chocolate and raspberry with Tokaj Hetszolo Late Harvest, Ats Cuvee 2007.

Chef Basha’s creative cuisine aroused our taste-buds with his perfect cooking and combination of ingredients, tastes and flavors, colors as well as decoration, all making up unforgettable experiences for the guests.
