“Hostellerie La Montagne / Restaurant Natali” is owned and operated by Chef Natali and his wife Helene. Situated in the Haut Marne region of France.

After 11 years of traveling, where he learnt with Christian Willer (La Palme d’Or, Hotel Martinez, Cannes); Daniel Boulud, New York; Hotel La Mamounia, Marrakech and The Connaught Hotel London, Jean Baptiste returned to his origins in 2001 to give a hand to his father. One year later he was awarded his first Michelin star, which he has been retaining ever since – along with the much coveted title of Young European Talent.

In 2005, Jean Baptiste invested in a beautiful country house in Colombey les Deux Eglises, a village where the illustrious General de Gaulle liked to retire away from his public life. This beautifully renovated property is now showcasing his talent while offering 8 elegant rooms opening onto an orchard and the surrounding forests.
